We are looking for a total a Desktop Support Technician to assist in the Win 11 upgrade in a Healthcare environment. You will be responsible to imaging new devices, upgrading current devices and support after the upgrade. Will work with team to close tickets on any off time.

Locations: Bala Cynwyd, KOP and West Chester

Must have reliable transportation

Must-haves

Previous Migration experience (Win 11, Win10, Win7)

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication abilities and customer service skills

Exceptional organizing and time-management skills

Experience with Laptop swaps (Lenovo)

Plusses

Previous project work with Win 11

BSc/BA in Computer Science, engineering, relevant field, or commensurate experience

Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+) will be an advantage
