Location: Tucson, AZ 85705
Pay: $63,000–$70,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM (Enjoy every other Friday off!)
Worksite: 100% Onsite Direct Hire Opportunity
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cost Analyst II / Inventory Specialist to join a reputable manufacturing company in Tucson. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity where you'll play a vital role in driving cost-efficiency and accuracy in inventory management for a growing organization.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze product and production costs, providing insights to optimize operational expenses
Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions, discrepancies, and variances
Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and cost accounting
Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy
Maintain and improve cost standards and reporting systems
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning related to materials and production
Ideal Candidate Has:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of experience in cost analysis, inventory control, or manufacturing finance
Strong Excel and ERP/MRP system proficiency
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Detail-driven, analytical mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment
