Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Kenosha

Pay: $18.00 per hour for 1st shift $18.72 for 2nd shift

Shift: 1st Shift and 2nd shift

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an organized, hardworking, and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our Final Audit Inspection team. The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting electronic equipment, including visual mechanical checks, solder workmanship, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Nature of Duties:

Perform Quality Control inspections of new and repaired products before shipment

Monitor production and repair processes

Support customer data requests, including first articles and certificates of compliance

Conduct periodic audits of production in compliance with ISO and TL standards

Support product and process improvements to meet quality goals

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of related experience

Soldering experience or certification preferred

Knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 standards

Familiarity with ISO9001/TL9000 standards

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 8D Problem Solving, and 5S

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Agile

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and suggest improvements

Availability to work overtime when required

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required
