We are seeking a skilled Sr Document Management Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us manage and optimize our document management systems.

This role is Hybrid working from our Omaha, NE office. We will expect someone to work EST hours to support our business.

How you’ll help move us forward:

Design, develop, and maintain document management solutions using OpenText Content Server, IBM Filenet, and DocuSign.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Implement and customize document management workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.

Develop and maintain integrations between document management systems and other enterprise applications.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for document management platforms.

Ensure data security and integrity within document management systems.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve document management processes.

The experience you bring:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in Document Management Platform administration, System Administration and troubleshooting

Proven experience supporting IBM Filenet( P8) platform in a self-hosted and/or managed environment.

Desired experience supporting OpenText Content Server,DocuSign, EzeScan platforms.

Knowledge of document management best practices and standards.

Experience implementing proactive monitoring solutions using in-house monitoring tools and a combination of custom scripts to enable service and synthetic monitoring.

Strong development skills in Java and Python.

Desired experience with API integrations and web services using MuleSoft

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What makes you stand out:

Experience with document management systems and tools, IBM Filenet, Document, OpenText Content Server, Intake solutions like EzeScan, AWS Textract etc.

Familiarity with different hosting models, on-prem, cloud, managed services

Experience with integrating various data sources like Prometheus, InfluxDB

Knowledge of query languages (SQL, PromQL, InfluxQL, etc)

Ability to diagnose and resolve issues, and create and manage dashboards, panels, and visualization (e.g. create Grafana dashboards using Zabbix data).

Software Development experience

Strong acumen with platform administration, troubleshooting and system administration.

Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., OpenText, IBM Filenet).

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$95,580.00 - $116,820.00
