Objective & Purpose
This position exists to provide subject-matter-expertise for Records Management as an internal and externally facing resource. Internally the position develops training content, webinars, and documentation concerning the deployment of Records Management solutions within the Laserfiche framework. Externally the position works with CDI clients to design, develop, and deploy records management implementations, along with presenting at tradeshows, industry events, and user groups to bring exposure and visibility to records management services.
Responsibilities
(85%) Records Management Consulting
Meeting with clients, completing documentation and providing implementation services.
(15%) Lecturing, User Groups and Webinars
Planning webinars, presentations for speaking engagements and marketing.
Requirements
Provide customers with pleasant, professional, and timely communications.
Achieve and maintain Laserfiche Gold certification.
Achieve and maintain mastery knowledge of state records retention requirements.
Track all details, communications, and updates for projects in crm.
Use industry knowledge to guide customers through records management projects.
Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation or equivalent certification.
5+ years Records Management experience.
Ability to quickly learn new technology.
City Clerk experience is a bonus.
Laserfiche experience is a bonus.
Education
4-year degree in related field.
