Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team? Join our dynamic distribution center in Rome, NY, as an Order Picker and play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.What You’ll Do
As an Order Picker, you’ll be responsible for:
Accurately picking and labeling merchandise from designated zones.
Ensuring correct units of measure and identifying damaged goods.
Preparing and transporting orders to the Shipping Department.
Meeting quality and productivity standards.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who bring:
Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and material handling.
Strong skills in order selection, shipping, and receiving.
Ability to lift 80–120 lbs safely and consistently.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
A team-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
High school diploma preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
