Customer Sales Representative
Marksman Solutions has an open availability in a Customer Sales Representative role. We are seeking anyone with a background in sales, marketing, communications, customer service. You will be the driving force behind our mission to deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is a field-based role where your ability to connect with people and deliver compelling sales pitches will make all the difference. Success in this position means not only hitting targets but surpassing them.
You can expect to get greeted every day by our sales, marketing, and management team! Will be going over territory goals, campaign needs and discuss how to move forward in the next steps towards your future with the company.
What You’ll Do:
Actively engage in face-to-face sales to build a strong customer base.
Present and promote products or services to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Consistently hit and surpass sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Create lasting relationships with customers to secure repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with team members to share strategies and improve performance.
Requirements:
0-4 years’ of sales experience
Excellent communication skills
