Job Description

The Rex Group is looking to hire a Full-time online fulfillment and Operation manager to join our Team! You will be responsible for order processing, fulfillment (including picking and packing), warehouse operations, inventory and order tracking, quality control, and shipping preparation.

Responsibilities:

You'll lead, mentor, and manage a team of associates.

work to improve processes, and set performance targets

As a Candy Packer production team member, you will pack our famous products in various packaging. This is an entry-level position that does not require any experience.

To be successful, you must have the ability to stay at pace with the line and perform repetitive tasks. Qualified candidates must be willing and able to work daily overtime as well as weekends as needed.
