Service Designer – VisionCor Solutions (Remote, Wealth Management)

Pay: $59.00–$60.00/hour, 40 hours/week, excluding holidays

Contract: June 2, 2025 – May 29, 2026, with potential for extension or client conversion Location: Fully remote, Central/Eastern time zones preferred

VisionCor Solutions partners with leading organizations to deliver exceptional solutions. Join our team to support a premier wealth management We seek a Service Designer with 6+ years of experience to support our wealth management client in crafting service blueprints and process designs.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must include a portfolio link in their resume, showcasing stakeholder maps, journey maps, or blueprints, along with a concise resume summary, to drive impactful client solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct research to uncover service gaps and develop actionable design principles for our client.

· Lead workshops to facilitate stakeholder alignment, supporting the client’s strategic goals.

· Create high-fidelity prototypes, including stakeholder maps, ecosystem maps, blueprints, and journey maps.

· Collaborate with client’s UX designers, researchers, and leaders to align designs with business objectives.

· Deliver compelling presentations to client senior leaders, defining business cases and strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.

· 6+ years in Service Design, process design, or system thinking, ideally in wealth management or financial services.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; expertise in service blueprinting, visual storytelling, and workshop facilitation.

· Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills for cross-functional client teams.

· Portfolio showcasing service blueprints, journey maps, or process designs (link required in resume).
