Job Description
We are seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish) Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You must have experience selling services to small business owners, investors, and homeowners. You must be effective at building relationships to sell our services and establish long-term relationships to provide business on an ongoing basis, even after the project is sold.
Responsibilities:
All appointments are set for you. You have a support staff. Your job is to meet with the client, educate them on the benefits of our service, and sign them up.
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Contact potential customers and work on daily follow-ups
Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Attend networking events
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Real Estate, Home Building, or Home Design background a preferred
Managerial and marketing experience preferred but not required
