Responsibilities Include:
• Managing paperwork and digital files
• Answering phones and client communication
• Scheduling and coordination
• Running errands and posting signs
• Marketing support and basic data entry
• Supporting other office assistants when needed
Requirements:
• Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and personal cell phone (required)
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm
• Willing to take a personality assessment before interview
• Bonus: experience in real estate or admin support
