We’re hiring a full-time Office Assistant to help manage the day-to-day administrative operations of a busy real estate office. This is a critical behind-the-scenes role—perfect for someone who loves checking things off a to-do list, keeping paperwork in order, and supporting a results-driven team.

You’ll work closely with a high-performing, fast-moving real estate professional who values integrity, efficiency, and clear communication. This isn’t a casual front-desk job—it’s an opportunity to take ownership of systems, bring order to chaos, and play a key part in the success of a top-producing real estate business.

• Someone who’s tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing paperwork and digital files

• Answering phones and client communication

• Scheduling and coordination

• Running errands and posting signs

• Marketing support and basic data entry

• Supporting other office assistants when needed

Requirements:

• Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable transportation and personal cell phone (required)

• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm

• Willing to take a personality assessment before interview

• Bonus: experience in real estate or admin support
