Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Administrative Support:
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Support other departments with general administrative tasks
Office Coordination:
Ensure office equipment is functioning and coordinate repairs as needed
Assist in onboarding new employees (e.g., preparing welcome kits, desk setup)
Help organize company events and meetings
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
