HVAC Lead Installer

Job Description

We are looking for an HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on new projects

Install replacement HVAC systems on existing homes and businesses

Inspect and perform equipment repairs

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Maintain excellent customer service skills

Attend company paid training courses

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a residential Lead HVAC installer (required)

Ability to properly braze, vacuum and charge/handle refrigerant

Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

Strong electrical knowledge

Ability to fabricate sheet metal transitions

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
