Job Description

Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. plus differentials. ($2.00 for 2nd Shift, $3.00 for 3rd Shift)

Location: Bridgewater, MA

Duration: PERM

Hours: 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) Monday through Friday 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) Sunday through Thursday

Responsibilities:

Operate pouch making machine.

Assists Sr. Leads with all set up activities.

Perform minor adjustments to machinery to ensure product quality.

Work closely with Pouch Making Testers to ensure product quality.

Assists on product changeovers and covers breaks and lunches as needed.

Report any potential food safety, legality, quality, or food defense concerns to the plant manager or quality personnel.

Qualifications required:

HS Diploma or GED

Manufacturing experience

1+ years operating production machinery

Previous experience setting up/troubleshooting production machinery.Company Description
