Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Salesforce Solution Architect to champion the design, development, and continuous optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This encompasses Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in aligning Salesforce capabilities with our strategic business objectives, driving exceptional customer engagement, and significantly enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. You will be a key leader in shaping our CRM strategy and ensuring its successful execution.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Spearhead the development, definition, and maintenance of a comprehensive Salesforce product roadmap. Ensure alignment with evolving business goals, market opportunities, and customer requirements. Present the roadmap to stakeholders and gain buy-in.
Business Operations Insight: Rapidly understand complex business processes across various departments. Identify opportunities to design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that resolve operational challenges and drive significant improvements. Lead rapid Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, demonstrating the tangible business value of proposed strategies through data-driven results.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT, to elicit detailed requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable user stories, well-defined features, and robust technical solutions that meet business needs.
Project Leadership: Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from initial planning and prioritization to resource coordination and timely execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Platform Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance Salesforce platform functionalities. Proactively identify areas for improvement in user experience, system performance, and scalability. Implement optimizations to maximize the value of our Salesforce investment.
Data Governance & Compliance: Enforce data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment. Develop and implement best practices and policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and adherence to relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Training & Support: Develop comprehensive training materials, documentation, and support resources for end-users. Provide ongoing support and guidance to maximize user adoption, proficiency, and overall platform effectiveness. Act as a Salesforce evangelist within the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with demonstrated expertise across Salesforce platforms.
Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce implementations and enhancements, preferably within hybrid or remote work environments.
Experience with both declarative development (workflows, process builder, etc.) and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
Technical Skills
Deep and demonstrable expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in Agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using APIs and other integration technologies.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Application Architect, System Architect) are highly preferred.
