Lead Setup Technician Modular Unit Setup, Dismantling, and Servicing We are seeking a skilled full-time Lead Setup Technician to expertly set up, dismantle, and service modular units.

This key role involves anchoring, leveling, and installing components during setup, dismantling buildings, and ensuring site cleanliness during tear-downs.

You'll also perform essential service tasks, including electrical and plumbing work, and handle customer-specific modifications.

Lead Setup Tech Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee the work of Set-Up Technicians and Set-Up Workers.

Provide direction, guidance, and on-the-job training.

Direct supervisory responsibilities are limited to one employee but involve coordination with multiple team members.

Lead Setup Tech Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Drivers License: Must have a valid drivers license.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in setup and teardown of modular units.

Skills: Strong carpentry skills and familiarity with construction trades are essential.

Leadership: Previous management experience or experience working with other trades is advantageous.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, salespeople, and contractors.
