Job Summary: Are you passionate about steering impactful cybersecurity transformation initiatives while being at the intersection of DevOps, Cloud, and innovation? In an environment of complex architectures transitioning to cloud-native solutions, we seek to ensure alignment with emerging regulatory frameworks in cybersecurity, and you will be driving high-stakes and cross-functional cybersecurity and IT projects that shape our company’s digital evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of cybersecurity transformation projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategy and goals. You collaborate with several scrum teams in the IT and Business departments and will mainly:

Take the lead on Cybersecurity & IT projects: define and ensure the deliveries meet the planning and high-quality standards of EPEX SPOT. Drive the teams to completion of our roadmap goals and deliveries

Propose innovative solutions . Build on your IT knowledge and cybersecurity experience to construct the solution roadmap. Initiate the product plan, work with the team, and elaborate with them the necessary project framework. Lead the project plans, set expectations for delivery, actively listen, and support the team. Communicate within and outside the project teams

Support to backlog management, iterative planning . Work closely with project and scrum teams to understand strategic priorities of the company, plan and prioritize accordingly the features of the backlog, aligned with quarterly planning methodology.

Coordinate the implementation and adoption of IT projects, including the implementation of both global and local IT solutions and processes

Lead the change in partnership with the IT and business departments : keep a problem-solving oriented attitude, look after solution in collaboration with other teams, proactively manage stakeholders to get solutions done

Key Requirements:

Hard Skills:

Passion for digital transformation, architecture, IT cybersecurity and strategy, cloud, with an appetite for both strategic thinking and implementation work

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with autonomy, from planning to execution and delivery.

In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure), DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines

Strong knowledge of software and infrastructure design / architecture processes

Experience leading project or product backlogs, sprint planning, and coordinating cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Certifications such as Agile/Scrum, CISSP, or DevOps are a plus.

Soft Skills:

Team player with a strong collaborative mindset

Impact-driven mindset and strategic thinker

Strong communication and leadership skills; able to translate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders and management.

Autonomous with a positive mindset

Language Skills:

Fluent English (written and verbal)

French or Dutch would be a plus

Education and Experience:

Master’s degree with degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Business Engineering

Minimum 7 years of working experience managing cybersecurity initiatives, IT and DevOps projects, ideally in a cloud transformation environment.

Proven track record of competencies in IT Project Management and Cybersecurity, in various IT fields

Location:

Your work location will preferably be Paris, with no specific restriction amongst other EPEX offices locations and an attractive hybrid work policy.
