Oracle HCM Consultant

Experience: 6-9 yearsDetails:We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Configuration Engineer to support our client’s modernization efforts across their Oracle HCM Cloud environment.

This role involves designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion modules, with a strong emphasis on ORC, Talent, Learn, and Core HR.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in global HCM implementations, integration support, and the full hire-to-retire lifecycle, including customizations and patch impact analysis.Required Skills:Oracle Fusion experience with configuration and support for ORC, Talent, and LearnEnd-to-end implementation and application support across multiple regions and countriesHCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validationOracle Redwood Design System, VBS customizations, and hire-to-retire process flowsExperience customizing DFF, EFF, BI reports, approval workflows, OTBI, and OIC integrationsStrong background in workflow development, Agile and Waterfall methodologiesHands-on experience with Oracle JourneysKnowledge of Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalationFamiliarity with Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), OTBI reporting, and integration troubleshootingExperience conducting CRPs (Conference Room Pilots) and fit-gap analysisNice to Have:Experience managing HCM security provisioning and resolving access issuesStrong functional knowledge in HCM business processes and solution designAbility to document and communicate technical solutions to stakeholdersKnowledge of Skill Nexus, Generative AI in Oracle, and LLMsFamiliarity with HCM ADP connectorExperience with Cornerstone OnDemand (Navigator) SaaS is a plus JOBID: 12099
