Asset Management - Internal Client Advisor - Associate

**Job Summary**

As an Internal Client Advisor within the J.P. Morgan internal sales team, you will collaborate closely with a senior territory-based sales partner to devise a comprehensive strategy for a territory of financial advisors. Your role will involve servicing existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will spend a significant portion of your time on the phone, fostering relationships, establishing partnerships, and exchanging ideas that benefit both the advisors and their clients. **Job Responsibilities:**

The primary role of the internal client advisor (ICA) is to work with financial advisors to

+ Share insights around financial markets

+ Help construct investment portfolios

+ Provide specific investment solutions based on client needs

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:**

+ 2+ years financial sales experience, experience selling over the phone needed

+ Ability to learn and demonstrate industry and product knowledge by understanding the competition, the client and marketplace (technical expertise)

+ Capacity to build relationships across entire organization and with our partner firms (strength managing relationships)

+ Familiarity with financial markets, market terminology, capital markets history and economic indicators, along with equity, fixed income, international, emerging markets, currency and alternative asset classes.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to effectively leverage our global resources

+ SIE, Series 7, Series 63
