BDC SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Berkshire BMW is offering YOU a CAREER as a BDC Sales Representative with a company that ALWAYS puts honesty and integrity first. As a BDC Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for managing all sales activities generated from our Business Development Department. From generating and managing sales leads to setting appointments, you'll be instrumental in helping this division increase overall dealership sales.

We are offering a guaranteed hourly wage PLUS bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package!

REQUIREMENTS- Previous automotive BDC sales associate experience is A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED for this position. Individuals with experience the BDC, call center, tele sales, customer service, retail and hospitality industries have shown to be exceptional Automotive BDC Sales Agents. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance and a high school degree (or equivalent). High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed as a BDC Sales Representative with us!
