Job Description

Salary: $19-$26/hr.

Key Responsibilities

Hospital and Medical related construction.

Self-performing various tasks within larger projects.

Light demolition (interior framing, flooring, cabinetry, etc.).

Trim carpentry.

Painting.

Acoustic Ceiling work.

Handling of materials.

Misc. "handyman" work.

Assisting the Superintendents and Foreman, as needed.

Project clean-up.

Misc. errands.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Tools

All power hand tools.

General hand tools.

Protection equipment.

Pleasant, easy-going attitude.

Skillfully use power hand tools (screw gun, saw zaw, etc.).

Willingness to learn and be part of a fast-paced team.

Lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to climb ladders.

Project clean-up.

Reliable transportation.

Valid driver license & auto insurance.

Clean driving record.

Hospital and medical related experience is a plus.
