Join our innovative team at Northern HammerWorks in Avon Lake, OH! As a full-time Remodel Estimator - Sales Rep, you'll be at the forefront of transforming spaces and making dreams a reality for our clients. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually and a convenient work schedule of 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll also benefit from our comprehensive benefits package, including a robust 401(k) plan with a simple 3% match, potential paid time off (PTO), an enjoyable work atmosphere, and a schedule that promotes work-life balance.

5+ years experience with home remodeling sales and estimating
