Eyecare-Partners is seeking a Junior Developer to join our team. This role will have a foundational understanding of ITSM development and be eager to learn and grow in this dynamic field. It involves assisting in the design, development, and implementation of ITSM applications and integrations, as well as the design and maintenance of the Employee Service Center.

Qualified candidates should be prepared to showcase various forms, workflows, or scripts they have developed in an ITSM.

Responsibilities:

· ITSM Development: Assist in the development, configuration, and maintenance of the platform, including but not limited to Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB

· Customization: Develop simple to moderate custom applications, workflows, and modules

· Scripting: Write and maintain client-side and server-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.

· Integration: Assist in integrating ITSM with other systems using APIs and integration tools

· Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for developed applications, customizations, and integrations

· Support: Provide support for ServiceNow issues and resolve tickets related to the platform

· Testing: Participate in the testing and validation of new features and functionalities to ensure alignment with business requirements

· Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

· Experience: 0-2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ITSM

Preferred Skills:

· Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML, CSS, and XML.

· Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog

· Familiarity with ITIL Framework and related concepts

· Exposure to REST/SOAP web services is a plus

· Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
