This is a full-time on-site role for a Workers' Compensation Paralegal located in Bellmore, New York, preferably Spanish-speaking. The Workers' Compensation Paralegal will be responsible for tasks related to managing a clients Workers' Compensation Claim from start to finish, including, but not limited to, managing medical records requests, updating various involved parties as to the case status, handling all incoming/outgoing communication with the client, data entry into our case management software, managing and generating attorney/client correspondence, handling all scheduling for attorney/clients meetings, and assist with client medical referral for any necessary treatment.
