Responsibilities:
Design and implement control, instrumentation, and safety systems
Lead automation projects from design through commissioning
Develop and revise electrical schematics, panel layouts, and P&IDs
Specify field instrumentation and control components
Support installation, field testing, and troubleshooting activities
Collaborate across disciplines to integrate control systems efficiently
Mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in automation engineering
Proficient in PLC, HMI, SCADA systems (Rockwell Automation preferred)
Strong AutoCAD skills and control system documentation experience
Willing to travel 30-50% across North America
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
