Job Title: Executive Assistant/ Salesforce Administrator

Status: Part-time (28 hours per week) with potential to move to full-time Monday through Thursday 9am - 5pm (with 1 hour lunch)

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Ministry Officer (CMO) is a key support role that helps carry out the vision of Redemption Church by providing high-level administrative, relational, and strategic support. This person is detail-oriented, dependable, confidential, and spiritually mature—capable of balancing excellence in execution with a servant-hearted approach to ministry. The EA functions as an extension of the CMO’s office, ensuring the day-to-day operations, communications, and scheduling flow efficiently so ministry can move forward with clarity and strength. This role will also be responsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform and will collaborate with the CSO as needed to facilitate a seamless system within Salesforce organizationally. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and proactive collaborator who can effectively bridge technical solutions with ministry needs.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

· Manage and maintain the CMO’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling requests with accuracy and discretion.

· Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up.

· Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and internal communications as directed.

· Monitor and respond to emails or communication on behalf of the CMO as needed.

· Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing for the Ministry Office.

Project & Ministry Coordination

· Track ministry projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

· Help facilitate collaboration across departments and campuses by communicating clearly and consistently.

· Support planning and execution of church-wide initiatives and events tied to the Ministry Office.

· Serve as a liaison between the CMO and other staff, ministry leads, and volunteers.

Communication & Confidentiality

· Handle confidential information with utmost integrity and professionalism.

· Represent the heart and voice of the CMO with warmth and clarity in written and verbal communication.

· Maintain positive relationships with staff, leaders, and external ministry partners.

· Keep internal systems and documents organized and up-to-date.

Salesforce Administration

· Configure and maintain Salesforce to support ministry workflows like discipleship, volunteer engagement, small groups, follow-ups, and events.

· Manage user roles, permissions, and onboarding to safeguard sensitive information.

· Build and maintain automated processes to streamline ministry operations.

· Maintain data quality and generate reports/dashboards to support strategic decisions.

· Partner with ministry leaders to design user-friendly Salesforce solutions.

· Provide training and support to staff and volunteers using Salesforce.

· Lead Salesforce projects from ideation to implementation with clear communication and change management practices.

Requirements

· Proven executive level organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

· Previous executive level administrative experience required.

· Previous project management and or project coordination experience required.

· High level communicator who sets high priority to follow up and task completion.

· Must be a self-starter, work well independently as well as within a team environment.

· Must be articulate, professional and expansive in all forms of communication i.e., email, chats, text, and conversational.

· Skilled in managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs.

· Must be trustworthy with confidential information; clear written and verbal communicator.

· Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.

· Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar required

· Solid understanding of Salesforce or similar applications data, security, and automation.

· Able to translate ministry needs into technical solutions.

· Detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative problem-solver.

· Aligned with Redemption Church’s mission and values; passionate about ministry.

· Experience with church/nonprofit systems like PushPay, CCB, or Planning Center is a plus.

· Humble, flexible, dependable, and willing to travel as needed.

· High School diploma required, College degree preferred.
