As a leader in mission-critical infrastructure solutions, we're looking for a driven, client-focused Junior Account Manager to help us deliver exceptional service and grow our business in the booming tech corridor of Northern Virginia.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients—solving problems, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to long-term success. You'll work closely with our sales and technical teams to drive customer satisfaction and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a go-to resource for existing clients, answering questions and supporting post-sale needs

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Help define scopes of work and develop estimates for client proposals

Build and maintain relationships across the commercial and government sectors

Stay informed on trends in mission-critical infrastructure (power, cooling, IT)

Assist with creative strategies and tools to meet client goals

Maintain CRM records and prepare sales demos

Uphold professionalism and represent the Compu Dynamics brand in the field

What You Bring

A bachelor's degree or relevant combination of education and experience

0–3 years of outside sales or account management experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong presentation skills and tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

A valid driver's license in good standingBonus Points For:

Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data Center industries

Familiarity with IT infrastructure and critical systems like cooling and power

Compu Dynamics Pay Range

$70,000—$90,000 USD
