Responsibilities:
Provide practical guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions
Build and maintain strong client relationships while offering hands-on HR support across multiple industries
Ensure compliance with employment laws and recommend appropriate HR policies and practices
Support clients with a broad range of HR needs such as onboarding, handbooks, and performance management
Partner with internal teams to deliver coordinated HR solutions, including benefits and training support
Maintain accurate records, client documentation, and internal reporting as needed
Requirements:
3â 6 years of well-rounded HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations
Proven ability to conduct and manage workplace investigations independently
Confident, professional demeanor with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize and support multiple clients in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus
Bachelorâ s degree or equivalent HR experience preferred;PHR a plus
