Weâ re partnering with a global organization headquartered in Kansas to find an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and optimize their Workday environment. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a flexible daily schedule (e.G., 8â 5 or 7â 4) and a hybrid setup. This role is part of a global HRIS team, requiring quarterly travel to Europe. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Workday expert who enjoys problem-solving, training end users, and jumping in to improve workflows and systems.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary resource for HR system inquiries, resolving day-to-day issues and guiding users through system functionality
Collaborate with internal HR teams to support process improvements, data updates, and workflow enhancements
Participate in ongoing system-related initiatives, including updates, integrations, and global configuration efforts
Maintain and troubleshoot user access, permissions, and data accuracy across multiple platforms
Support employee lifecycle transactions within the system and ensure appropriate routing and documentation
Contribute to training efforts for HR system users and assist in documenting updated procedures
Monitor open tickets and service requests, escalating or resolving as appropriate
Provide input on reporting and analytics needs related to HR data and system performance
Requirements:
Experience with Workday requiredâ especially in core HCM, recruiting, and compensation
5+ years of experience working within an HRIS environment
Bachelors degree in information technology or human resources management and/or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Willingness and ability to travel to Europe once per quarter
Experience supporting help desk tickets or end-user troubleshooting preferred
UKG experience is a plus
Must be local to the Kansas City area and able to be on-site three-four days per week
