This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.

The Field Services Intern will help drive overall Sono Bello business by: Supporting multiple aspects of our fast-growing non-invasive business; Creating an aggregate view of all Sono Bello projects to enable appropriate prioritization and resource allocation by the ELT; & Supporting the sales effort to increase Sold rates

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Non-Invasive program support: Inventorying/Tracking/AAAHC Certifying $3+MM worth of equipment; Organizing machine moves during program optimization; Combining Venus and BallancerPro sharepoint sites into one site and updating all content; Helping with center support – ex: pulling data for weekly emails)

Project Management support: To ensure organization focus on highest Revenue Value projects, develop and populate a smartsheet framework to use with all depts, feeding into a global dashboard for CEO/ELT that includes projects in flight by dept, current prioritization and resource allocation

Support Sales Team effort to increase sold rate by sorting thru RxPhoto content for BallancerPro, LiftEX/WaistEx, and Contour to identify amazing transformations to add to the 'Before & After' LookBook

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Need to be currently attending college from an accredited institution

Some corporate office &/or operational business experience preferred

Basic Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Strong Excel skills preferred

Experience with Project Mgmt software (SmartSheet) a plus

Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job, includes atleast 3 days a week in the office

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Required to work in our Bellevue, WA location 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). Can work from home the remaining 2 days per week.

COMPENSATION:

This is a Non-Exempt position with an hourly range of $16 - $20.00, depending on experience.

Compensation Range

$16—$20 USD

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
