Accounting Associate

Lake Charles, LA

This position is required to be in Welsh 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Process Accounts Payable Invoices

Process Daily Bank Transactions

Process Daily Inventory Transfers and Sales Batches

Reconciling assigned Balance Sheet & Income Statement Accounts

Cross-train with other Associates to assist when someone is out of the office

Educational and experience requirements:

Accounting/Bookkeeping experience

Able to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite

Strong work ethic
