Executive Assistant to CEO (Onsite – Arlington, VA)

Seeking a highly organized and confident Executive Assistant to support a dynamic CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role requires strong communication skills, impeccable judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel logistics
Serve as a professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate materials, presentations, and logistics for meetings and events
Handle confidential communications and time-sensitive requests
Support company events and offsites
Provide additional administrative support and take on ad hoc projects as needed
Availability outside standard hours required for urgent matters
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (required)
2–7 years of experience supporting C-level executives
Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, self-starter with attention to detail
Confident, direct communicator with excellent judgment
