We're seeking a strategic and customer-focused Inside Sales Manager to lead our Client's inside sales team and drive operational excellence in order processing and customer support. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of order management—ensuring accuracy, compliance, pricing integrity, and exceptional service delivery. This is a high-impact leadership position reporting directly to the National Sales and Marketing Director.
What You'll Do:
Lead and develop an inside sales team to deliver top-tier service and meet sales targets.
Oversee order processing, from quote to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assign and manage account responsibilities, set performance goals, and monitor team KPIs.
Champion process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
Support strategic growth initiatives and contribute to the achievement of key sales and order targets.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience leading an inside sales or customer support team—preferably in industrial automation or a related industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven track record of improving team performance and streamlining sales operations.
Proficient in ERP and CRM systems; IFS ERP and Microsoft Sales CRM experience is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of pricing strategy and margin improvement.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
