Health Systems Process Advisor Requirements
Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, business, or a related field (master's preferred).
3+ years of experience in process and policy development, quality improvement, or operations in a health care or nonprofit setting.
Familiarity with nonprofit health care environments, including funding, compliance, and community impact.
Strong knowledge of business continuity planning and risk management in health care.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in process and project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across diverse teams.

This position works collaboratively with all departments to develop, document, and implement standardized processes and procedures, while also leading the creation and maintenance of the organization's Business Continuity Plan (BCP). The role supports the delivery of high-quality, mission-driven health care services by ensuring that internal operations are well-coordinated, compliant, and prepared for potential disruptions.
