We are looking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Client Services team! This internship will offer hands-on experience in client relationship building, campaign launches, and campaign management. You will be working closely with our Client Services team to support the delivery of high-quality service to our clients and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining up-to-date records in our databases known as Salesforce, Platform, JIRA and more.
Help prepare client presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Help support communication with clients via email, phone, or video calls
Track client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Conduct research to support client projects or service delivery
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
Collaborate effectively in team settings while also being able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Work closely with the Strategy team to help complete a group presentation by the end of internship

A rising junior/senior pursuing a bachelor's degree at a college or university
Majoring in a field closely related to the department they are interning
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communicators
Self-motivated with a desire to learn from a rapidly growing company
Confident to take initiative and collaborate with teammates
Able to commit to a full-time (35-40 hours per week) work schedule between June 9, 2025 and August 15, 2025
