What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
2+ years of experience with Rockwell Automation platforms, including:
Allen-Bradley CompactLogix
GuardLogix
PanelView Plus
Proven skills in:
Programming and debugging PLC, HMI, and robotic systems (e.g., welding, sealing, fastening, and assembly automation)
Electrical installation, hardware setup, and troubleshooting
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience with computer-aided modeling is a plus
What Your Role Will Look Like:
Design and program PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems for automated manufacturing processes
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning automated and electrical equipment
Lead continuous improvement initiatives—reducing cycle times, standardizing processes, and implementing error-proofing strategies
Collaborate across departments to ensure project success and manufacturing efficiency
Document and manage project details while supporting team-based problem-solving
Embrace flexibility by rotating through job responsibilities and supporting plant-wide needs
Operate with urgency and integrity to meet internal and external customer expectations
