Overview:

This is a full-time role for a Lighting Specification Sales position located at the JC Wright office in Spokane, WA. The Specification Sales professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships with electrical engineers, architects and interior designers while providing an exceptional level of service, conducting sales presentations, and assisting in the specification process from initial client contact through to construction administration. Sales territory will include Spokane along with the potential of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct product presentations and educational sessions along with manufacturer RSM's to increase brand awareness and product specifications.

Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the specification process, ensuring product suitability and compliance with project requirements.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategic planning.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to showcase products and build market presence.

Implement sales strategies and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Essential Skills:

Knowledge of lighting products and industry trends is a PLUS but not required.

Strong sales and sales management abilities

Experience in training and educating clients

Proven track record in achieving sales goals

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent at time management

Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, along with learning other business programs used
