About the Role

We're hiring Civil Engineers and Project Managers on behalf of our client, a multidisciplinary design firm in Chantilly, VA with a collaborative team of civil engineers, landscape architects, planners, and consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about innovative land development design and contributing to a variety of exciting public and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to site planning, grading, stormwater management, and utility design for diverse projects.

Manage or support design efforts for mixed-use, commercial, federal, and infrastructure developments.

Collaborate with landscape architects, planners, and surveyors in a multidisciplinary environment.

Prepare construction drawings and documentation using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

Interface with public agencies, clients, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

4–10 years of experience for Civil Engineers; 8–15 years for Project Managers

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD

Experience with land development, stormwater management, and infrastructure design

EIT or PE license preferred

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive work ethic
