We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in growing our talent pipeline and supporting our clients with exceptional hiring solutions.
Position Summary:
As a Technical Recruiter in our Telecom Division, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing highly skilled candidates in roles across the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate has a background in recruiting experience in the telecom industry or an applicable skill set such as Engineering & Construction and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Proactively source, screen, and engage top telecom professionals using various recruiting platforms, job boards, networking, and social media.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement, including conducting interviews, coordinating client interviews, and facilitating offers.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about telecom industry trends, workforce demands, and emerging technologies to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent experience throughout the hiring process.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and account executives to understand job requirements, client needs, and project specifications.
ATS & Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal CRM.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes comply with federal, state, and company regulations, including background checks and employment eligibility verification.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency
Recruiting Tools: Proficiency with ATS software, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
Relationship Building: Ability to establish rapport with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure long-term success.
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals and KPIs.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing priorities.
