Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of advanced AI applications, pushing the boundaries of what intelligent systems can achieve.

Build full-stack applications, integrating AI capabilities into scalable, production-ready solutions that drive user impact.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, including data pipelines, backend logic, and frontend interfaces.

Collaborate closely with founders and technical leaders, contributing to high-stakes architectural decisions and long-term product strategy.

Continuously innovate, experiment, and iterate quickly based on user feedback, delivering high-quality, efficient code.

Mentor junior engineers, providing hands-on technical guidance without formal management responsibilities.

Drive technical excellence, ensuring the platform is fast, secure, and capable of scaling to support diverse enterprise needs.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in full-stack development, ideally within startups or fast-paced environments.

Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, React/Next.js, or similar frameworks for building scalable, production-level applications.

Deep experience integrating Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) into production systems, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and leveraging agentic frameworks.

Ability to build full-stack solutions, including front-end interfaces, backend logic, and data processing pipelines.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a willingness to take ownership of projects from concept to launch.

Technical leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide junior engineers.

Familiarity with AI tools like LangChain, Crew.ai, and emerging frameworks for building intelligent, autonomous agents.

Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from a top-tier university.

Prior experience in a founding or early engineering role at a high-growth startup.

Proven track record of building scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
