TITLE ECS Central Office Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS Valid teacher's license with appropriate endorsement and Administrative or supervisory experience in accordance with state law and State Board Rules and regulations, based on the minimum of a master's degree; and meets health, physical, and fingerprinting requirements
JOB GOAL Provide leadership and guidance to building administrators or program responsible teachers or other employees for the safe and efficient operation of the schools and the district.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Duties may include providing program of technical assistance to teachers, monitoring and evaluating instruction, identifying needs and providing guidance and support and ensure compliance with school board policy and procedures.
Applicants should be able to use and understand school data using various types of information, both quantitative and qualitative, that can be used to understand and improve the educational experience.This includes student demographics, academic performance (grades, test scores), attendance, behavioral records, and even data from surveys and observations. By analyzing this data, educators and administrators can gain insights into student needs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance teaching and learning.
Applicants should understand facility operations and maintenance.
Applicants should have a working knowledge of board policies and procedures.
Applicants should maintain records and prepare reports as needed.
This job may require lifting of objects that exceed 25 lbs., with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. Other physical demands that may be required are as follows: pushing and/or pulling; climbing; stooping and/or kneeling; reaching; talking; hearing; and seeing.

WORK CONDITIONS
Normal working environment.
This position reports to the Assistant Director of Schools and works at the discretion of the Director of Schools.
