Job Summary

The Contents Supervisor will ensure accuracy and completion of pack outs, structure cleaning, post construction cleaning, and pack backs. This position is responsible for developing and leading the contents production process.

6:30 AM - 8:00 PM

$18 - $21 Depending on experience.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Team leadership

Open warehouse in timely manner from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Ensures Technician arrives at jobsite by 9:00 am.

Ensure all equipment is cleaned, placed, and properly scanned.

Support the team to ensure constant cycle counting and correct rotation.

Ensure the customer contents are being properly packed and innovated.

Ensure the customers are being effectively communicated with in a timely matter.

Inform customers of work procedures and expectations

Upload photos, notes, and inventory into CRM daily.

Quality Assurance

Keep Warehouse, Parking lot, Storage, and office areas are cleaned at al times.

Verify equipment is inventoried, organized, and accounted for at all times.

Ensure vehicles are fueled with either gasoline or diesel daily.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Requirements

Bilingual - Proficient in the English language

Xactimate Experience is a plus

TPA/ Program work experience is required

Assured Pack-Out experience

Encircle experience is a plus

Restoration experience preferred but not required

Clear criminal background record

String customer service skills

Excellent leadership and people skills

Ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

An equivalent combination of the following education and experience would be acceptable for the qualification. A common method of acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities is:

Proven experience in contents supervisions, preferably in the instruction or relatable industry.

Physical and Other requirements

This is a field position, and working conditions may vary, ranging from extremely hot to cold depending on the climate .The position requires requires 8 hours days, flexible hours, and occasional extended hours. daily travels is necessary for customers and vendor visits, and overnight stays may be required on occasions.
