Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. This part-time role involves managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Office Support: Process, pick up, sort, scan, distribute and manage all incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain office supplies.
Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
Data Entry: Input and update information into databases and spreadsheets as required.
General Administrative Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations and other special projects as needed.
Errands: Make regular Bank Deposits as needed.
Schedule: Part-Time (25 hours/week) Flexible work schedule but must be in office two days a week.
Compensation: Hourly pay range $17-$18 an hour
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with office equipment (copiers, fax machines, etc.).
Prior experience in a similar role.
