Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Contact Center Electronic Communication Specialist for our Columbus, Ohio location.

Responsibilities
Accountable for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers by accurately and efficiently entering orders submitted through electronic methods. Responsible for providing prompt and professional support through various channels while contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services operations by completing all assigned support duties.
Proper management of electronic communications received in the department email inbox
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email in a timely and professional manner
Collaborating with our department and other teams to ensure we provide the best experience for customers, sales representatives and associates
Utilize customer service tools to manage electronic communications effectively
Provides excellent customer service via email for sales reps a, customers, and internal staff
Responds same day to all personal voicemails, emails received within working hours
Qualifications
Up to 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role preferred
Degree in Communications, English or Business Writing preferred
Ability to communicate professionally in writing utilizing proper business etiquette and grammar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations: and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
The ability to communicate effectively with management, customers, and co-workers in both written and verbal form
Additional Information
This role is on-site.
This is a Monday-Friday role. The hours are 9:00am-5:30pm.
