Salary: $14.18 - $16.44, (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

As an Auction host, your day-to-day duties may include and are not limited to the following:

Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.

Help customers understand store shopping policies and procedures, must be detail oriented and thorough in following counting procedures.

Efficiently can operate a cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer’s purchase, collect payment from customers and make change, bag and assist customers with merchandise as necessary.

Ability to stock and merchandise in a organized manner.

Maintain visual displays of merchandise.

Assist in cleaning the store, taking out trash, dusting and mopping store floors, cleaning restroom and stockroom.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Management may assign other tasks as needed. Requirements:

Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.

Attend daily morning huddles to identify the top priorities for the day.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

The ability to manage physical tasks, such as lifting, reaching, standing, bending, and lifting products up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods of time, and staying active throughout your shift.

Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Be dependable, flexible and treat others with kindness and respect.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous retail experience preferred.

Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
