Job Title: Auto Auction Check-in Staff
Part-Time, 30 hours a week
M-F
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Auto Auction Check-in Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process of vehicles at our auto auction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with the check-in and check-out process of vehicles
- Verify vehicle information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct quality and accurate walk around vehicle photos when checking-in each vehicle.
- Record and maintain accurate records of vehicle information when checking-in and checking-out vehicles
- Communicate effectively with customers and other staff members to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in auto Auction check-in processes or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and some holidays
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and be on your feet for extended periods
