Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of CloudOps engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative culture that promotes innovation, efficiency, and best practices in cloud operations.

Coordinate team efforts to optimize cloud infrastructure and improve service delivery.

Ensure team adherence to DevOps best practices, security protocols, and compliance requirements.

Oversee project planning and execution to align cloud operations with business goals and technical roadmaps.

Provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding infrastructure improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.

Participate in architectural decisions, guiding teams on best practices in cloud infrastructure design and implementation.

Qualifications

Cloud & DevOps Experience: Minimum 5 years in cloud-focused DevOps, CloudOps, or software engineering roles in which at least 3 are in leadership positions where you were responsible for both project and team management

Jira, and Confluence experience is prefered

CI/CD & Automation: Strong background in implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Proficiency with Terraform is required

Kubernetes and Container Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

Monitoring and Security: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog and best practices for securing cloud environments
