Anticipated salary for the position: $167,000 - $187,000 per year; full-time.
Responsibilities: Manage daily activities of the Data Intelligence team providing guidance and leadership in their work.
Assure on-time and high-quality delivery of all reports including ad-hoc leveraging AI tools, big data, and data lakes.
Develop and manage the strategy of the data intelligence team as well as collaborate with product architects, AI architects, AI modelers, and IT team members/Big data on project goals.
Develop data set processes for data modeling, mining and production in a big data environment.
Acquire and prepare data for analytics purposes and assist with the execution of those analyses.
Design, construct, install, test and maintain data management systems.
Research opportunities for data acquisition and new uses for existing data in a high volume/transaction environment.
Ensure data intelligence systems meet business requirements and industry practices using the most current AI methods available.
Integrate new data management technologies and software engineering tools into existing structures.
*10% travel to various undetermined locations.
The position requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, or a related field.
The position also requires three (3) years of experience in job offered or in a data intelligence-related occupation.
Professional and/or academic experience must include: Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence; Using business intelligence tools to perform big data strategy; Navigating data lake structures and extracting data from data lakes; ETL and Hive; Using advanced statistical methods; and Developing and building data dashboards.
