ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Performs a variety of general clerical duties, including visitor and telephone reception, mail distribution, customer support and other routine functions. Assists with related special projects, as required.

Assists in preparing and entering bank deposits.

Preforms invoice entry/data entry for Central Bill customers.

Provide general support to the Accounting Manager.

Maintain and organize files for Accounts Payable.

Assists in covering the Retail Store, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED;

Six months to one year related experience and/training;

Equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Good organizational skills. Ability to create and maintain cooperation with customers and co-workers.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Computer skills- Word, Excel, Outlook and other programs.
