Job Description
Salary: $500-$900 per day DOE
Primary Purpose: In partnership with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the executive leadership, this position is responsible for the coordination of communication, resources, and information to meet school and district needs within curricular areas.
Skills and Qualifications:
Skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions
Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with other team members
Able to meet aggressive deadlines
Education/Certification:
Bachelors degree in education, psychology, or related field
5+ years proven experience in an educational consulting role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly professional, organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
Major Responsibilities and Duties
Working knowledge of instructional methods, techniques, principles and theories of education
Provide quality coaching, mentoring, and professional development to identified school-level personnel
Working knowledge of classroom techniques and academic activities at each educational level.
Design new training programs and offer teacher training workshops
Ability to plan and teach workshops related to the educational program/project.
Use multiple sources of data to establish educational goals and deliver professional development and technical assistance resulting in increased achievement of students
Use student work and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of provided services
Research and maintain current knowledge of new and emerging educational techniques in the desired content area
Work independently with little direction
